Provides the findings of a government-wide survey which measures employee engagement levels and drivers of engagement in the Alberta Public Service. Engagement is defined as the extent to which employees feel connected to and involved in their jobs and organizations. The survey was deployed to 26,453 Alberta Public Service employees over the period of February 23 through March 18, 2016. Includes an executive summary of government-wide findings and brief "snapshot reports" of department-specific findings
