The deadline for submission of the non-disclosure agreement is August 30, 2024. The deadline for submission of an application is September 16, 2024.

The Critical Worker Benefit is intended to recognize the service of select workers identified as critical for the delivery of basic services to Albertans in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The following guidelines apply to employers in eligible private for-profit and not-for-profit health care settings. All eligible employers will be required to apply for the Critical Worker Benefit using the Health Care COVID-19 Funding for Critical Workers and Operators Application portal.
