This fact sheet is intended to help hunters prepare for hunting trips on agricultural Crown land (land that is leased for agricultural purposes). The Recreational Access Regulation allows an agricultural leaseholder on Crown land to protect and care for the land and livestock, while allowing some recreational access to the land.
