The Employment Standards Tool Kit provides employers with comprehensive up-to-date information on minimum employment standards in Alberta. Employers can find detailed information and examples of how employment standards rules apply to them, their employees and their businesses. Module 1 provides an overview to the Employment Standards Code, who is covered, the core standards and your basic responsibilities as an employer in Alberta.
