A worker was using a Genie platform lift to tape drywall on the second level of a building under construction. The worker became pinned between the platform lift and a ceiling bulkhead, causing fatal injuries.

Presents findings of an investigation of a workplace fatality that occurred in the business and professional services sector in October 2017. Workers were removing lead paint from a brick wall and used walnut shells as the blasting abrasive. A worker with severe nut allergies entered the room following the blasting and collapsed. The worker passed away in hospital five days later.
