This report presents the findings of the Alberta Advisory Council on Electricity with regard to the restructuring of the electric industry in Alberta. The purpose was to consider the strategic issues affecting restructuring over the long term, with particular focus on the small consumer retail market, and to prepare recommendations that would help ensure the success of restructuring over the long term.
