This decision tree helps government and service providers understand when it is appropriate to disclose an Albertan's personal or health information based on their authority under the Health Information Act, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Personal Information Protection Act and Children First Act. It complements the Guide to Information Sharing under the Children First Act.
