Workers' compensation legislative review 2020 : what we heard

Description

The Alberta government engaged stakeholders from July 9 to August 14, 2020 on key areas impacting Alberta’s workers’ compensation system. Invited stakeholders included industry groups, employers, labour groups, unions, government entities, legal professionals, medical professionals and workers’ compensation system agencies. The report provides an overview of stakeholder input that was used to inform proposed changes to the Workers' Compensation Act.
