Village of Lougheed municipal inspection

Description

Upon request from the town council of the Village of Lougheed requesting a municipal inspection, the Minister of Municipal Affairs appointed inspectors in January 2016 to conduct an inspection. During the inspection inspection, a number of areas of concern were identified which mainly centered around Council, governance principles and administrative matters. This report draws attention to areas of deficiencies discovered by the inspectors during the course of the inspection and makes 61 recommendations.
