Updates to the South Saskatchewan River Operational Model (SSROM) and the underlying OASIS platform – final report

Description

The South Saskatchewan River Operations Model (SSROM) is a comprehensive, daily, mass balance river model for the entire South Saskatchewan River Basins (SSRB). The various sub-basin models were constructed between 2011 to 2015, to create the SSROM. Given the significant changes in the SSRB water management system since 2015, the SSROM model was updated in 2022 to reflect the current water management practices in the basin. In addition, the underlying Operational Analysis and Simulation of Integrated Systems (OASIS) modelling platform was also updated.
