Turning movement counts manual. 2022 edition

Description

This manual is intended to provide direction for any organizations undertaking turning movement counts at intersections and interchanges on highways in Alberta, particularly those that have been hired by Alberta Transportation. The manual may also be used to inform traffic data collection for traffic impact assessments, and by municipalities to inform their procedures for undertaking turning movement counts.
