Transboundary Waters

Description

Explains the work of the Transboundary Waters unit in the ministry of Environment and Parks. The unit works cooperatively with neighbouring jurisdictions to ensure Alberta receives its water entitlements and meets its obligations under existing inter-jurisdictional water management agreements. Also lists and describes key documents pertaining to transboundary water agreements.
