Description
The Taking Action Against Elder Abuse Co-ordinated Community Response Grant Program supports the development or enhancement of co-ordinated community response models. Through a response model, community and government organizations work together to co-ordinate supports and services and increase their capacity to respond to elder abuse. Communities could access up to $150,000 over a three-year period. The final term of the grant will end December 31, 2018.
