Description

This report describes the soils of the Grimshaw and Notikewin areas, which lie in the northern portion of the Peace River District, including the cultural and physical features of the area, the morphological and chemical characteristics of the soil series, and certain land use aspects. The soil map shows the location and extent of the different soil areas and indicates the main topographical features. The soil rating map distinguishes the better land from the poorer land and serves as a guide to future agricultural development.
