Description

The Protection for Persons in Care in Care Act promotes the prevention and reporting of abuse of adult Albertans who receive publicly-funded care or support services. This brochure explains the Act, provides a definition of abuse, outlines how to report abuse and describes the review process once a report of abuse has been received.
