This designated review focused on safe sleep related deaths in parental care. The review examined seven sleep-related deaths of infants in parental care while receiving child intervention services between 2014 and 2015. Findings and recommendations are intended to prevent or reduce the risk of future deaths and lead to better outcomes for children, youth and families.
