Renewable Electricity Act

Description

The Renewable Electricity Act provides for the development, implementation and funding of programs to incent the generation of renewable electricity in Alberta and requires the Minister to ensure that by the end of 2030 at least 30% of the electric energy produced in Alberta will be produced from renewable energy resources.
