Description
Established a mechanism by which a religious society or congregation may hold land (not in excess of 320 acres) for the site of a church building or burial ground. Permits the incorporation of church congregations for the purposes of owning land. It also ensures dealings with the land held by a religious society are done in accordance with the wishes of the congregation or religious society.
