Reform of Agencies, Boards and Commissions Compensation Act

Description

Addresses compensation in Alberta’s public agencies. Enables the Lieutenant Governor in Council to make regulations establishing compensation frameworks governing public agencies, executives, members, and the Crown. Allows the Minister to collect information relating to compensation in public agencies, audit records of public agencies to determine compliance with the Act, and establishes offences and penalties for failure to comply with the Act.
