Description

A notice of appeal may be filed under the Child Care Licensing Act by a licence holder, a person who applies for a licence or the renewal of a licence, or a person to whom a decision prescribed in the regulations as being subject to an appeal. This guide has been prepared to help directors understand the appeal process, understand their role in the appeal process; and prepare for the hearing.
