Description

Sets out the responsibilities of oil producers for the delivery and reporting of conventional Crown royalty oil. The regulation provides the necessary guidelines to ensure producers calculate the correct amount of royalty oil and deliver it on a timely basis. It also puts in appropriate penalties and interest provisions to ensure and improve compliance.
