Palliative and End-of-Life Care Grant Fund : guidelines on eligibility and applying for funding

Description

The Palliative and End-of Life Care Grant Fund provides grant funding for projects that support four government priorities to advance palliative and end-of-life care initiatives in Alberta. These priorities include earlier access, education and training, community supports and services, and research and innovation. As of November 18, 2021, eligible applicants can apply for grant funding. The deadline for project submissions is January 7, 2022. Documents in this package include a guide with eligibility criteria and other information to assist applicants in the preparation and completion of the grant application, and the application form itself.
