Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) Act

Description

This act defines "wrongdoing" and establishes procedures for disclosure of wrongdoing. It creates the Office of the Public Interest Commissioner, sets out the powers, duties and functions of the Public Interest Commissioner, prohibits reprisals and deals with investigations and enforcement.
