Protection of Sexually Exploited Children Act

Description

The Protection of Sexually Exploited Children Act authorizes the apprehension of children engaged in prostitution. After apprehension, the Act provides for time-limited confinement of a child in a protective safe house to assist the child in ceasing their involvement in prostitution.
