Petroleum Marketing Act

Description

The Petroleum Marketing Act created the Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission, a provincial corporation and agent of the Government of Alberta, which is responsible for marketing Alberta’s conventional crude oil, developing prices used in royalty calculations and assisting in the development of value added activity in Alberta’s petroleum sector.
