Persons with Developmental Disabilities Services Act

Description

Allows the Director to develop a plan with respect to the provision of services to the adult to meet the needs of an adult with developmental disabilities, and enter into an agreement with a service provider with respect to the provision of services to the adult in accordance with the plan.
