Description

The OHS Futures Research Funding Program provided a grant to the researcher to determine a quick and economical way for Alberta companies to identify and remedy procedural intentional non-compliance (PINC); that is when well-trained and safety-motivated workers willfully choose to ignore known workplace safety rules and procedures.
