Occupational interventions for the prevention of back pain : overview of systematic reviews and demonstration of a knowledge-translation application

Description

The aims of this study were to examine the evidence for programs for back pain prevention that can be used in the workplace, determine which of these methods are most effective, and share these findings with people who need this information. The study found dependable evidence that exercise is effective in preventing low back pain.
