Memorandum of Understanding on implementation of Jordan’s Principle in Alberta

Description

This memorandum is signed by the Government of Alberta, Government of Canada, and First Nations partners to ensure that First Nations children in Alberta can access the supports and services they need, when they need them. It allows the Government of Canada, the First Nations Health Consortium and Government of Alberta to address gaps, and share information ensuring that children and families in Alberta are receiving the supports they need, including mental health supports, medical equipment, speech therapy, and educational supports.
