Description

Contains the response of the Children's Services to recommendations made by the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate in its report following the investigation of review of the lives of three young children who had been removed from parental care for a period of time and subsequently died after returning to parental care. The report makes three recommendations for Children's Services regarding the reunification process for children and families, and the supports and services provided to families when children return home.
