Ministerial Order 630/2020 [Health]

Description

This ministerial order amends section 52.6(1) of the Public Health Act, such that there is legislated employment protections for individuals who are required to be absent under an order of the Chief Medical Officer of Health from the threat of termination, restriction, and discrimination by their employer or contractor. Note: This ministerial order repeals and replaces Ministerial Order 624/2020.
