Description

Repeals Ministerial Order 17/2020 from the Minister of Environment and Parks, which modified various reporting requirements under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, the Water Act, and the Public Lands Act, because of circumstances arising as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Reporting requirements resume on July 15, 2020.
