Description

This Ministerial Order, related to the Labour Relations Code and Employment Standards Code, is to comply with orders issued by the Chief Medical Officer of Health to combat the spread of COVID-19.

This order applies with respect to the employers at a health care facility described in Chief Medical Officer of Health Order 10-2020, issued under section 29 of the Public Health Act, related to: a) work for more than one employer; or b) work at more than one worksite, as described in CMOH Order 10 (see related tab).
