A review of the Municipal Government Act was begun by the Government of Alberta in 2012, to ensure the Act continued to meet evolving needs. As part of the public consultation process conducted from January to June 2014, Albertans were invited to provide feedback through workbook and formal submissions and in person at regional consultation sessions. The feedback from municipal partners and stakeholders is reflected in this document.
