Description
Explains community treatment orders, which are issued under the Mental Health Act to assist an individual in complying with treatment and care while living in the community, instead of being detained at a hospital. A team of health care providers determines what to include in a community treatment order care plan, such as medications that need to be taken regularly and appointments with care providers.
