Description
Review panels review applications from people under the Mental Health Act, including formal patients and people subject to a community treatment order. Review panels give you an opportunity to have a physician or nurse practitioner’s opinion about your mental health reviewed by people who are not involved in your care. Each review panel includes a lawyer, a psychiatrist and a member of the public.
