Ministerial Order MSD:103/20 [Municipal Affairs]

Description

Modifies Section 30(1) of the Local Authorities Election Act to allow for candidate nomination deposits to be provided to the returning officer by in-person payments using a debit card or a credit card. This modification is in effect only for the 2021 general election year.
