Ministerial Order MSD:055/21 [Municipal Affairs]

Description

Rescinds Ministerial Order No. MSD:036/21, and provides the Highway 12/21 Regional Water Services Commission the authority to exceed its regulated debt limit and borrow up to $4.7 million to cover costs associated with construction of phases 6 and 7 of the regional water services transmission line, and acquire interim financing of up to $9 million to ensure sufficient cash flows during construction.
