Description

Rescinds Ministerial Order No. L:214/08, and allows the Highway 12/21 Regional Water Services Commission to exceed its regulated debt limit, to a maximum of $3.6 million to finance the commission’s portion of the water system construction costs, and borrow up to $9 million in interim financing for construction costs prior to the receipt of provincial and federal grant funding.
