Ministerial Order MAG:016/16 [Municipal Affairs]

Description

The date by which municipalities may amend their 2015 Assessment Rolls, under Section 305(1) of the MGA, is extended to no later than May 20, 2016, and the date by which municipalities must report and declare changes to the assessment roll in the Assessment Shared Services Environment (ASSET), as required by Section 2.4(b) of the 2014 Alberta Assessment Quality Minister's Guidelines through Ministerial Order L:144/14, is extended to no later than May 20, 2016.
