Ministerial Order MAG:015/20 [Municipal Affairs]

Description

This Ministerial Order indicates that the amount of the requisitions payable under Section 326(1)(a)(vi) of the MGA, by the municipalities listed in the attached Appendices are cancelled or reduced by the amounts set out in Appendix A for the 2018 and 2019 taxation years, Appendix B for the 2020 taxation year, and Appendix C for the 2019 taxation year.
