Ministerial Order MAG:010/24 [Municipal Affairs]

Description

Pursuant to Section 9(1) of the Government Organization Act make the following order: 1) That the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of Municipal Affairs set out in Section 7(1), 7(2), 7(3) and 9(2) of the Local Government Fiscal Framework Act are delegated to the Director responsible for program administration of the Local Government Fiscal Framework to the extent of their authority 2) This order is to be read in conjunction with any other Order delegating authority.
