Description
This act protects the injured victims of at-fault uninsured or unknown drivers by ensuring they receive compensation for their personal injuries. Provides that the owner of every motor vehicle in each year pay a fee in respect to that motor vehicle in the amount prescribed by regulation before the vehicle can be registered.
