Description
The Minors Property Act allows the Court, upon application and in the best interest of the minor, to authorize or direct the disposition of a minor’s property, confirm a contract by or on behalf of the minor and confirm a settlement of a minor’s claim. The Act also sets out the rules concerning the discharge of obligations to a minor, Court Appointment of Trustee of Minor’s Property, and other matters relating to property of a minor.
