Legislative Assembly Act

Description

This Act establishes rules for the Legislative Assembly and its Members and procedures that must be followed. It confers certain powers, privileges and immunities on Members and provides for their remuneration. The Act further establishes the jurisdiction of the Legislative Assembly and creates the Legislative Assembly Office.
