Land Surveyors Act

Description

The Land Surveyors Act establishes the Alberta Land Surveyors' Association (ALSA) as the self-governing professional regulatory organization that is responsible for the registration, licensure, regulation and discipline of Alberta land surveyors. The Act sets out the scope of practice for ALSA members, and contains provisions regarding membership application, registration, practice review, conduct and discipline.
