Description
This ministerial order approves the land disposition by the Board of Governors of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology of approximately 1,022 square metres (0.25 acres) of land located within the lands legally described in the attached appendix to enter into long term Utility Right of Way Agreements with the City of Edmonton for the purpose of shared use paths.
