Homegrown teachers : teaching as a career pathway toolkit

Description

This project aims to develop a toolkit to encourage French-speaking junior and senior high school and post-secondary students in the Edmonton area to choose teaching French immersion or French as a second language as a career path. This project is funded under the Canada–Alberta Agreement on Minority-Language Education and Second Official-Language Instruction 2019-20 to 2022-23, which includes a commitment to improving francophone and French-language teacher recruitment and retention.
