Health system refocus legislative amendments : fact sheet

Description

On October 31, 2024, the Government of Alberta introduced legislative amendments through the Health Statutes Amendment Act (No.2) to continue building a health care system that responds to the changing needs of Albertans. This includes amendments to the Provincial Health Agencies Act, which continues to enable the refocusing of Alberta’s health care system.
