This Act establishes the requirement for residents to register in the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan and to sets monthly premiums for the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan and the non-group Blue Cross program. Monthly premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan are currently set at $0.00.
